Where we start, not where we stop.
Francesca has lived here for more than twenty years — this is home, not a region we scouted. It's also an easy 90 minutes from Rome's main airport, with a real international community, good healthcare, and a beauty Tuscany's prices haven't caught up to yet.
Even within Civita, the questions don't stop — village or countryside, close to the lake or close to the canyons, remote or inside a community. We could do this anywhere in Italy. We start here because so much of it is still unexplored, and still priced like it.
