Real estate is where her attention lives now: refurbishing, and finding the region's best craftsmanship in renovation and decorating.

Jade came to Italy from Hawaii for a look around, and never left. Her eye is eclectic but austere — the instinct behind her own Wunderkammer in central Rome, where she curated Indian and Italian furnishings and homeware. She's since moved to the coast outside Rome, and renovating her own house there, through every unexpected Italian complication, convinced her that foreigners need to understand exactly what they're buying, and that a no-frills approach gets the best outcome.
